These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.harborviewmanagementgroup.com and any related pages, content, or services operated by Harborview Management Group, LLC (“Harborview,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including information about our consulting services and the media, documentary, and advocacy initiatives managed under Harborview Management Group Media (collectively, the “Site”).

The names “Harborview Management Group,” “Harborview Management Group Media,” “Aunty Christine,” “The Last Homes Standing: Poison Next Door,” “Let Freedom Ring Amendment,” “RHO” and related marks are used by Harborview. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
2. Acceptable Use You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harborview Management Group, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
